The Great American Meatout.The Great American Meatout, a nationwide celebration of plant-based eating, will take place March 20 across the continent. results have been planned for 50 states and include parades, vegetarian knocks and demonstrations. Sponsored by the Farm Animal Reform move (FARM), the 16th annual result will feature appearances by celebrities Mary Tyler Moore, James Cromwell, Alicia Silverstone and others to raise awareness of a vegetarian lifestyle.
